Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm strategy built around Prismari, the Inspiration. The commander grants storm to all instant and sorcery spells you cast, turning modest cantrips and burn spells into game-ending copy chains. The deck uses early artifact ramp, looting spells, and cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer to navigate the early turns. Midgame rituals such as Mana Geyser and Rapturous Moment provide the large mana bursts required to deploy the 7-mana commander and immediately begin storming off. Once the engine is online, draw spells like Pore Over the Pages and Frantic Search refill your hand while untapping lands. The deck finishes the table on the same turn using Brain Freeze to mill all opponents or chaining burn spells like Pulse of the Forge and Devil's Play. Overloaded Mizzix's Mastery and Wisdom of Ages serve as potent alternate routes.
