Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Superfriends build led by Narset, Enlightened Master. The primary game plan develops mana rocks during turns 1 through 3 to cast Narset on turn 5. Because the deck lacks haste enablers, Narset must survive a full turn cycle before attacking on turn 6. Once she attacks, her ability exiles four cards and casts noncreature spells for free, flooding the battlefield with planeswalkers, board wipes, and loyalty doublers like Oath of Teferi and The Chain Veil. Defensive permanents such as Propaganda and Silent Arbiter protect planeswalkers from combat damage while loyalty abilities tick upward. The win condition relies on combat damage from Sarkhan the Masterless turning planeswalkers into 4/4 flying Dragons, complemented by direct damage emblems from Chandra, Awakened Inferno and activations from Commodore Guff. If Narset is removed, the deck can pivot to hardcasting planeswalkers on curve with only minimal delay.
