Dina Going TALL by user8226052

Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari aristocrats build helmed by Dina, Essence Brewer, centered on sacrificing creatures for life gain, card draw, and incremental drain damage. The primary game plan involves generating a steady stream of tokens or cheap creatures, sacrificing them via Dina or other outlets like Viscera Seer, and leveraging drain effects such as Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and The Meathook Massacre to bleed out opponents. The deck also includes a +1/+1 counter subtheme with Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, The Ozolith, and Jenova, Ancient Calamity to pump creatures and draw cards. While it lacks a fast infinite combo, it wins through attrition, grinding value from every death to eventually outlast three opponents.
