Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir spellslinger and tribal midrange deck helmed by Lord of the Nazgûl. It leverages a dense suite of low-cost instants and sorceries to continuously generate 3/3 black Wraith tokens with menace. Nine copies of Nazgûl alongside dedicated Ring-tempting spells rapidly scale the power of the Wraith army with +1/+1 counters, while Filth combined with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth provides unblockable evasion. In addition to overwhelming combat damage, the list contains a compact infinite combo in Professor Onyx and Chain of Smog, which can drain the entire table through infinite Magecraft triggers. A deep roster of cheap counterspells and efficient removal ensures that the pilot can protect key permanents and disrupt critical opposing plays while advancing their own board state.
