Imperium Turbolegends by Kobosov

Format: Commander

Commander: Marneus Calgar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Esper token/aristocrats deck is built around Marneus Calgar's ability to turn every token that enters into a card draw. The primary plan is to generate a critical mass of tokens with Mondrak, Nadir Kraken, and token-producing spells, then convert that engine into an infinite sacrifice loop using Ashnod's/Phyrexian Altar and finish with Blood Artist, Sanguinary Priest, or Zulaport Cutthroat. Secondary paths go wide with Adeline/Thalisse and win via Akroma's Will or Moonshaker Cavalry. The commander is the draw engine and a finisher's enabler; the deck's best turns revolve around resolving and protecting Marneus while assembling altars and pinger outlets.
