Caesar, Legion's Emperor is a Mardu token-aristocrat deck that goes wide with 1/1 tokens and uses death triggers to drain all opponents. The primary plan is to develop a token army, attack with Caesar, sacrifice a token to create more hasty attackers, draw cards, and finish with Caesar's burst damage plus effects like Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Bastion of Remembrance, and Mirkwood Bats. There is no hidden commander; the closest is Isshin, Two Heavens as One, which doubles Caesar's attack trigger and makes the whole engine substantially faster. Recursion via Ascend from Avernus, Dread Return, and Funeral Room provides grind, but the deck is more incremental than combo-oriented.
