Commander: Omnath, Locus of Rage

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Landfall strategy helmed by Omnath, Locus of Rage, focusing on explosive resource generation and token production. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively into Omnath, then utilize multiple land-drop effects like Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Oracle of Mul Daya to create a massive army of 5/5 Elementals. The deck leverages "lands-matter" synergies to turn every land placement into a threat, while Omnath provides a built-in insurance policy by punishing opponents with 3-damage bolts whenever an Elemental dies. Victory is typically achieved through overwhelming combat damage, burn from Purphoros, God of the Forge or Warstorm Surge, or massive "land-dump" spells like Scapeshift and Nahiri's Lithoforming. The deck is highly synergistic, utilizing the graveyard as a second hand via Ramunap Excavator and Ancient Greenwarden to ensure a constant stream of Landfall triggers.
