Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint is the deck's card-advantage engine, not a finisher: each upkeep he exiles a number of cards equal to the outlaws you control and lets you play them with any mana, while making heisted creatures count as Mercenaries. The primary plan is a Rakdos outlaw swarm that applies early combat pressure and uses small red noncombat damage as reach. The hidden build-around is Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, which turns Boltwave, Shock, Gandalf, and similar pings into 4-damage bursts. Secondary paths use Tinybones/Sothera/Coalstoke for graveyard theft and recursion, Virtue of Courage to chain exiled spells, and Tannuk/Sozin's Comet/Ozai to push an aggressive finish. The deck wins by repeated pinpoint damage rather than one combo.
