Deck overview

This mono-blue deck combines an oppressive stax shell with a compact artifact combo finish. Commanded by Loki, God of Mischief, the deck leverages targeted abilities from cards like Manifold Key, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, and Deserted Temple to draw extra cards on every player's turn. It slows the table down using potent asymmetric restrictions such as Back to Basics, Harbinger of the Seas, Torpor Orb, and Narset, Parter of Veils. While opponents struggle under resource constraints, the deck uses redundant artifact tutors to assemble Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal. Generating infinite untaps and mana, it mills all three opponents in a single turn with Codex Shredder or drains the table using Sensei's Divining Top and Psychosis Crawler. Supported by free countermagic, it delivers a resilient, controlling game plan.
