Deck overview

This mono-blue control and combo-adjacent list is led by Vnwxt, Verbose Host. The strategy relies on deploying cheap, unblockable attackers on Turn 1 to build speed every turn starting on Turn 2. By Turn 4, the deck achieves Max Speed (4), unlocking a passive replacement effect that doubles all card draws. The resulting card advantage fuels hand-size payoffs, token generation, and drain effects like Psychosis Crawler, Ominous Seas, and Twenty-Toed Toad. Strong countermagic packages defend the board state while deep draw spells like Windfall and Mathemagics rapidly dig toward table-wide finishes or alternate win conditions such as Laboratory Maniac.
