Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis enchantment control list commanded by Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor, designed to exploit the Curse subtype for card advantage and targeted attrition. The primary game plan accelerates into an early Lynde or a central tutor engine like Curse of Misfortunes. Once active, the deck stacks debilitating Curses such as Curse of Bloodletting, Curse of Thirst, and Curse of Fool's Wisdom onto a single target, relying on sacrifice outlets like Claws of Gix and Despotic Scepter to repeatedly recur Curses through Lynde for recurring card draw. Defensive pieces like Propaganda, Silent Arbiter, and Doomwake Giant discourage retaliatory attacks. While the deck generates high individual resource swings and completely dismantles single targets, its clock is slow and strictly sequential. Closing out a full table of three opponents requires surviving multiple response cycles through fragile permanent engines without access to fast infinite combos.
