Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue mill control strategy helmed by The Mindskinner, a 3-mana unblockable 10/1 that converts all combat damage dealt into table-wide mill. By deploying the commander on Turn 3 and attacking on Turn 4, the deck mills 10 cards from each opponent per combat swing. It accelerates this clock using passive mill engines like Court of Cunning, Mesmeric Orb, and Psychic Corrosion, alongside massive chunk-mill spells such as Fractured Sanity, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, and kicked Maddening Cacophony. The strategy is heavily supported by an interaction suite of 20 instant-speed spells, including Force of Will, Pact of Negation, Cyclonic Rift, and targeted creature exile. While The Mindskinner is inherently fragile due to its 1 toughness, dense countermagic shields the commander until opponents are completely milled out around Turn 7.
