Felisa by user8574637

Format: Commander

Commander: Felisa, Fang of Silverquill

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Felisa, Fang of Silverquill turns dying counter-bearers into flying Inkling swarms. The deck's primary plan is to stack +1/+1 counters on nontoken creatures, feed them to sacrifice outlets, and use the resulting token horde to attack or drain with Throne of the God-Pharaoh. Backup engines include Elspeth, Storm Slayer, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, and Sephiroth's transform finish. The commander is single-faced; the transform cards in the 99 are alternative engines, not a hidden commander. With 36 lands, low average mana value, and strong draw/tutor density, the deck is consistent, but it is a mid-speed value build rather than a fast combo deck, so its realistic goldfish is around turn 7-8.
