Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dimir battlecruiser and topdeck-manipulation deck commanded by Marvo, Deep Operative. The strategy focuses on setting up the top of the library with cards like Brainstorm, Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Lim-Dûl's Vault to guarantee winning clash triggers whenever Marvo attacks. Winning the clash draws a card and cheats spells with mana value 8 or less directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. The payload consists of devastating 6-to-8-mana sea monsters, game-warping enchantments, and massive sorceries including One with the Multiverse, Aminatou's Augury, Breach the Multiverse, Hullbreaker Horror, and Spawning Kraken. The deck maintains board dominance through asymmetric, creature-type-specific board wipes such as Whelming Wave, Scourge of Fleets, and Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep, which return opposing creatures to hand while preserving its own sea monsters to close the game via overwhelming combat damage.
