The primary win conditions involve either assembling Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact, or creating infinite storm loops using Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze. The deck runs an extremely efficient suite of fast mana and protection pieces to enable these early wins.

The deck's construction maximizes consistency through a dense package of tutors and card selection, while maintaining interaction through free counterspells and removal. The commanders serve both as early mana enablers (Rograkh) and potential value engines (Silas Renn), though they're not central to the deck's primary game plan.
