What's a credit?

Credits pay for each use of a Smart tool: a full deck analysis, PowerTune, DeckTrim, etc. Every tool has two response quality modes. Best is on by default and costs 5 credits per use. It gives the most accurate and highest-quality response. Eco costs 1 credit per use, but response quality and accuracy can drop. You can switch to Eco for a single use or set it as your default. Deckhand Chat works differently: your first message uses 1 credit, and that credit covers a few messages. When the credit is used up, your next message uses 1 more.

Common questions

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You keep your tier's benefits and credits until your billing period ends; after that, vaulted subscription credits expire. Want to keep them safe between play phases? DeckCheck Stasis ($1/month) freezes your vault until you're back. DeckCheck Mana never expires either way.

I don't do subscriptions. Can I still get credits?

Do I need a subscription for the Deckhand?
